A Special General Meeting of the Club was convened on July 13th 2023 to consider changes proposed to the Club Rules and Bye Laws to bring them in line with the Charity Articles. The meeting was followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Club and the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The changes to rules were approved.
At the Club AGM Officer reports were presented and Officers elected or co-opted to the Executive Committee for 2023/24.
A 10% increase in membership subscriptions was proposed and discussed for consideration by the Directors. Any further views can be expressed by email to secretary@durham-arc.org.uk within 10 days of the meeting.
Company accounts were presented and the following were appointed as Directors at the AGM of the Company –
- Tim Morris – Chair
- Anna Golightly – Captain
- Linda Forwood – Treasurer
- Ray Dominy – Secretary
The above Directors also become Trustees of the Charity.

Racking Fees for 2023/24
- Members 1x – £16.50
- Members 2x – £24.00
- 4x- billed annually in January £495 (£41 monthly equivalent)
